A Tale of Two Taxpayers
Which scenario most relates to you?
Tale One: A new tax client came to Admin Books to have their 2009 tax return prepared. We noticed that in their 2008 return, the previous tax preparer did not show any deduction for auto expenses or home office expenses to which they qualified for. Admin Books was able to get their client $4,702 worth of deductions for their 2009 tax return.
What deductions are you missing?
Tale Two: A new tax client came to Admin Books because they received a letter from the IRS saying they owe $21,000. (Admin Books did not prepare this return). After a consultation and work completed in their QuickBooks file, Admin Books was able to reduce their tax bill to ZERO!!
