Admin Books will prepare your tax returns in a professional manner for a reasonable price.  For our new clients, we conduct a thorough interview to learn the details of your financial life that will affect your taxes.  For our returning clients, we update current information and ask questions about any changes that might have occurred during the year.

Types of Returns:  Admin Books helps their clients with all types of tax returns:

 

Cost:  The cost of the returns are based upon the number of forms and schedules required, in addition to the condition of the documentation given.  If you are considering using our services for the first time, we would be glad to provide an estimate of cost.  Call our office to discuss your specific situation. 

Returning Clients:  Admin Books provides organizers to help you gather all your information.  To make sure nothing is missed, we provide a client checklist.  We do require that all clients sign a service agreement explaining what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. 

Technology-We are Unique!:  We have clients all over the US.  Admin Books uses technology to communicate and support our tax clients in several ways.  First, clients email, fax or securely upload their documents to our website vault.  No need to come to our office.  Then, to finalize the return, we send our clients an email with a link to click.  They are then able to see their return.  Our tax preparer reviews the return line-by-line answering all your questions.  Finalized returns are then emailed with passwords for security.

Timing of Documentation:  As you can imagine, the weeks leading up to the tax deadline are very busy for us. We operate on a first-in/first-out basis.  If you want to file your return by the deadline, we require that you provide all documentation 21 days prior to any tax deadline.
