Renee Daggett - President
She received a bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University in 1989.
Renee has corporate financial management experience dating back to 1995 and is passionate about equipping business owners with the tools they need to run their business simply and efficiently.
Renee is also an
Enrolled Agent tax preparer, enrolled to represent tax payers before the IRS. With this license, she uniquely brings peace to her clients by helping them with all the aspects of running a business.
Renee has been a certified budget coach with Crown Financial Ministries since 2004.
Renee serves on the board of directors for the San Jose Police Officers Foundation where she helps to coordinate events like Bowling for Badges, Clays for Cops, and Breakfast with the Chief in order to raise money to help keep the officers and the community safe. With the fundraisers, the Foundation has purchased vests for the officers, trauma kits, and gear for the canine unit.
Renee works with her clients to cleanse their financial statements, use QuickBooks, maximize tax deductions, reconcile bank statements, manage payroll, establish job costing, prepare corporate minutes, and eliminate debt.
Renee is also the author of “
Your Financial Flight Plan: Pilot Your Business To Profitability.” In her book, she demonstrates in a creative way the reasons why every business owner needs to be a better manager of his/her business. She also provides examples of how owners can be successful. End-of-the-chapter questions motivate the readers to make any necessary changes to improve their business.
In 2009, Renee published a QuickBooks manual specifically for real estate investors and property managers. Because it is important to keep track of the properties, loans, rental income, security deposits and more, Renee shows investors step by step how to record the transactions in QuickBooks. The manual is called, "
Managing Your Properties with QuickBooks."
Because education is important to her, Renee teaches QuickBooks classes for beginners, QuickBooks classes specifically for real estate investors and property managers, and many
webinars.
Born and raised in California and happily married since 1990, Renee is the mother of two sons. She lives her life with purpose and thrives on helping her clients do so as well.

Amanda Sevilla
Office Director & Account Manager
Amanda attends San Jose State University where she is majoring in Business Management.
Amanda is precise, detail-oriented and loves to multi-task. With her cheerful and dedicated manner, she has a passion for learning new concepts and motivating others to be successful. She enjoys the challenge of working with her 30+ clients as well as managing our office.
Amanda enjoys spending time with her tight-knit family and relaxing at the beach!

Lorianne Stapleton
Administrative Assistant
Lorianne has an Associate’s Degree from Cabrillo College and has worked as a health advisor in the Soquel public school district for the last 11 years. She has previous experience in payroll and bookkeeping and has a desire to get back into this field.
With her joyful & caring attitude, Lorianne takes pleasure in helping business owners relieve their stress and providing them peace of mind.
Lorianne believes that life is about the journey and not the destination; and if you follow your hear it will always lead you to where you’re supposed to be. Lorianne has 2 amazing daughters, 23 and 17, whom she adores. In her spare time, she loves to hike mountains such as Mt. Whitney and Cloud’s Rest and plans on doing Mt. Shasta next summer. She also enjoys mountain bike riding.

Shannon Craig
Tax Specialist
Shannon has a Master of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Montana.
She has worked in the accounting field for the last several years, during which time she attended school to earn her Master’s degree. She has previous experience in QuickBooks and special expertise in tax planning and preparation. Her passion is in working with clients to resolve tax issues and prepare their tax returns. She is currently studying to earn her certificate as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
Shannon is happily married to her husband of nine years and has one child – a seven-year old son. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys spending days with her family, reading and working with her Arabian horse.

Mimi Robinson
Advanced QuickBooks Consultant
Mimi Robinson has a bachelor’s degree in business and has over 20 years of experience in the accounting field. Mimi has worked in the banking industry as well as managed an $80 million portfolio for a major corporation. In addition to being a Certified Tax Preparer, she is also an Advance QuickBooks ProAdvisor who has assisted many clients in overall training, account setup, payroll, and financial statement analysis.
Mimi is happily married to her husband of 20 years and has three children. In her spare time she enjoys anything with the outdoors.

Cathy Martin
Account Manager
Cathy Martin is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor in both QuickBooks and QuickBooks Enterprise systems. She obtained her Advanced Accounting degree from Santa Clara University along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
Cathy has over 20 years experience in corporate financial and customer service management. At the Community College level, she has taught adult education courses in MS Excel, Word and desktop publishing. Her experience in corporate financial management systems gives her a unique ability to understand and utilize database systems, both in an architectural and programming sense. Cathy is also a certified Notary Public.
Membership affiliations include the National Association of Tax Preparers (NATP) and the National Notary Association (NNA).
Cathy has two sons who live in Southern California that she is immensely proud of. Her oldest son is a graphic designer with a very profitable design business. Her youngest son works in public relations for a well-known agricultural commission.
She enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking and a variety of outdoor sports activities.

Denise Brolin
Certified Public Accountant
Upon completing a Bachelor of Science Degree with an emphasis in accounting, her career started with a regional size accounting firm in Palo Alto, California in January 1990. As a staff & senior accountant with Hood and Strong, Denise was responsible for planning and conducting audits and reviews for construction, manufacturing, pension/profit sharing plans & other closely-held corporations. In addition, she prepared & reviewed individual & corporate tax returns.
After four and a half years, Denise left Hood and Strong to start her own accounting and tax practice in Gilroy, California. As an independent business owner, she obtained experience in maintaining monthly accounting records for various companies, preparing sales & use tax returns, processing payroll and related quarterly returns, as well as assisting individual and corporate clients with tax planning and preparation. Furthermore, she planned and conducted internal audits as an independent contractor for various banks across the Bay Area, Northern and Central California.
Over the years, Denise has also obtained experience handling IRS issues such as past due taxes, collections and audits.
Besides being a business owner, Denise is the treasurer for the Exchange Club of Gilroy, president of the Ascencion Solorsano Middle School Parent Club, member of Business Network International (BNI), a real estate investor and an avid scrap booker.
Denise and her husband have lived in Gilroy for over 30 years. They have one son and two daughters, ages 13, 11 and 7.
