Renee Daggett - President
Certified QuickBooks Consultant with Intuit and The Sleeter Group, is the
founder and President of Administrative Bookkeeping Co., Inc. She received
a bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University in 1989.
Renee is also a registered tax preparer. With this license,
she uniquely brings peace to her clients by helping them with all the aspects
of running a business.
Renee also has been certified as a budget coach with Crown
Financial Ministries since 2004.
Renee has corporate financial management experience dating
back to 1995 and is passionate about equipping business owners with the
tools they need to run their business simply and efficiently.
Renee works with her clients to cleanse their financial
statements, use QuickBooks, maximize tax deductions, reconcile bank statements,
manage payroll, establish job costing, prepare corporate minutes and eliminate
debt.
Because education is important to her, Renee teaches QuickBooks
classes for beginners and a QuickBooks class specifically for real estate
investors and property managers. Her company, Admin Books, frequently hosts
teleseminars in a conference call setting that provide business owners
and managers with the tools that help them succeed.
Born and raised in California and happily married since
1990, Renee is the mother of two sons. She lives her life with purpose
and thrives on helping her clients do so as well.

Cris
Adame – Bookkeeping Specialist
Cris comes to us with excellent customer service, administrative skills and
several years of accounting experience with QuickBooks. His experience
includes payroll, budgeting, Accounts Payable, 1099’S and journal
entries. Cris looks forward to meeting new clients and working diligently
to ease the work of our clients’ bookkeeping needs. His ultimate
goal is to build a successful career in accounting as a C.P.A.
Cris dedicates his time off of work to volunteer in teaching youths the fundamentals
of baseball as well as, building, repairing and donating computers for under
privileged families. Cris loves to travel, has a passion for music and slam
poetry.

Nicole Agriesti – Bookkeeping
Specialist
Nicole joins Admin Books while pursuing a degree in Human Biology. She
is a member of MESA (Math Engineering & Science Association) & the
Alpha Gamma Sigma Honor Society at her college. Nicole has served as
president of AGS for two semesters and continues to serve as a cabinet member. Her
strengths in school are math and science.
Nicole is organized, creative, and takes initiative. She is loyal,
hard working and motivated by a challenge. She is knowledgeable in
Microsoft Office programs and QuickBooks. Nicole’s favorite part
of her job is meeting a variety of business owners and learning about different
companies.
Nicole grew up in San Diego and visits her family as often as possible. Nicole
has a passion for animals, learning, and music. Her hobbies include
swimming, reading, hiking and sleeping! She is aspiring to invest in
real estate and travel when finished with her education.

Denise Brolin – Certified Public Accountant
Upon completing a Bachelor of Science Degree with an emphasis in accounting,
her career started with a regional size accounting firm in Palo Alto, California
in January 1990. As a staff and senior accountant with Hood and Strong, Denise
was responsible for planning and conducting audits and reviews for construction,
manufacturing, pension/profit sharing plans and other closely-held corporations.
In addition, she prepared and reviewed individual and corporate tax returns.
After four and a half years, Denise left Hood and Strong
to start her own accounting and tax practice in Gilroy, California. As
an independent business owner, she obtained experience in maintaining monthly
accounting records for various companies, preparing sales & use tax
returns, processing payroll and related quarterly returns as well as assisting
individual and corporate clients with tax planning and preparation. Furthermore,
she planned and conducted internal audits as an independent contractor
for various banks across the Bay Area, Northern and Central California.
Over the years, Denise have also obtained experience handling IRS issues
such as past due taxes, collections and audits.
Besides being a business owner, Denise is the Treasurer for the Exchange
Club of Gilroy, President of the Ascencion Solorsano Middle School Parent
Club, member of Business Network International (BNI) a real estate investor
and an avid scrapbooker.
Denise and her husband have lived in Gilroy for over 30 years. They have
one son and two daughters, ages 13, 11 and 7.

Debie Farris
- Bookkeeping Specialist
Debie has 15 years of Banking Experience, 10 years experience in
co-owning and operating her own Catering business and 5 years of Private
School Administration with an emphasis on bookkeeping. Debie is organized, detailed
and enjoys working with people and numbers. Currently
she is enrolled at West Valley College taking courses towards an Accounting
Certificate. She has resided in San Jose, CA for 32 years and makes her home
in South San Jose with her husband, two beautiful daughters, Amy and Kelley
and her Lhasa Apso, Molly. Debie enjoys time with her daughters, cooking,
gardening, scrap booking, and camping at Lake Tahoe.

Kristina Gray – Bookkeeping Specialist
Kristina joined Admin Books September of 2007, a few days before her eighteenth
birthday. She did Independent Studies through a private school and attended
Valley Christian, graduating in 2005. Afterwards, she pursued Cosmetology
at California Cosmetology College. Prior to working at Admin Books, Kristina
worked for a real estate investor seminar company, as the event coordinator
and then for a real estate and loan company.

Cherie Guy - Bookkeeping Specialist
Cherie started using QuickBooks in the mid 90’s when she
operated her business. She specializes in bank reconciliation especially
when the client has made a mess of the file. She understands the
due diligence involved with making sure the QuickBooks file is reconciled
each and every month. She has a great eye for details.
Cherie’s
first rule of thumb is not to co-mingle personal funds with business funds.
Cherie cares about people and is committed to reducing the stress for her clients.
Cherie has been happily married
for 20 years to her husband, Bill. Cherie and Bill are the caretakers of
2 boys ages 3 and 12. They have 2 dogs and reside in Sunnyvale, Ca. Cherie
and her family enjoy walks on the beach, camping and funding bargains at
garage sales.

Melody Padilla - Client Relations
Melody comes to Admin Books with a passion for people and
a heart to serve. She has assisted in youth ministry over the years and encouraged young people to live with passion and purpose. She has also been a teacher for elementary school and served as a cheer advisor. She currently tutors children who are below grade level in various subjects. She believes in encouraging young people to reach out to their community and make a difference no matter what their age. Melody has been married for 20 years and has 5 children. She
enjoys family, friends, tea houses, plays and life.

Mimi Robinson - Payroll Specialist
Mimi Robinson has a bachelor’s degree in business and has
over 11 years experience in bookkeeping and tax preparation. Her
past experiences also include working in the banking industry as
well as managing an $80 million portfolio for a major corporation. In
addition to being a Certified Tax Preparer, Mimi is a QuickBooks
Pro Advisor and has assisted many clients in overall training, account
setup, payroll and financial statement analysis.
Mimi is happily married to
her husband of 20 years and has three children. She enjoys the outdoors
any time she can and her favorite food is chocolate!

large not-for-profit organization in Grant/Contract management.
