Accountant-view access is read-only, which means we can see everything but cannot make any changes. Rhonda will send you simple step-by-step instructions on how to grant this access, and she’s available by phone if you have any questions.

If we believe cleanup work would help and we’re a good fit, we’ll include our pricing. If we’re not the right fit for you, we’ll tell you that honestly and point you toward firms that might be. If you decide to engage AdminBooks for cleanup work after your Health Check, your $97 fee is credited against your cleanup invoice. In other words, the Health Check is essentially free for clients who move forward with us.
Once we’ve received your payment and accountant access, your Health Check is typically completed and delivered within 5 business days.
Yes. AdminBooks specializes in QuickBooks Online. If you’re using QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Wave, or another platform, this Health Check isn’t for you — but we’d be happy to recommend firms that might be a better fit.
