Our Payroll Service Includes:

  1. Calculate payroll for your employees
  2. Process direct deposit to employees’ bank accounts at your pay frequency (end of the month, semi-monthly or bi-weekly)
  3. Schedule federal and state payroll tax payments to be deducted from Client’s bank account
  4. Prepare quarterly federal and state payroll tax forms: 941, DE9 & DE9C
  5. Prepare annual federal tax forms: 940 & W-2’s
  6. Provide online access to paystubs for all employees
  7. Provide import file of payroll data that splits out each pay period’s gross wages and tax payment information for Client’s QuickBooks file
