How is this different from full bookkeeping service?
With consulting, you keep doing your own books, we just guide you. Full-service bookkeeping means we do the work for you each month. Consulting is the most affordable way to work with us, and it’s built for people who want to stay hands-on. If you’d rather hand it off entirely, our monthly bookkeeping is the better fit.
Why do I have to start with the 3-hour package?
The starter package lets us get to know your business and your books so the guidance is actually useful. You’re not locked into anything beyond it, you use the three hours however and whenever you want over 12 months, and only buy more if you need them.
What can I use the hours for?
Anything QuickBooks Online or bookkeeping related: troubleshooting a problem, learning how to record something, reviewing your setup, building reports, or just having an expert check your work. It’s your time, use it where it helps most.
What if I realize I’d rather just hand it off?
That happens, and it’s completely fine. Plenty of people start with consulting and decide they’d rather have us handle it. If that’s you, we’ll talk through moving into monthly bookkeeping whenever you’re ready.
Do I need to be local?
No. Sessions are one-on-one over screen-share, so we work with DIY bookkeepers anywhere in the country.
